A destination wedding… ah, it’s such a dream! Have you ever imagined this? This is about travelling overseas, bringing your family and closest friends with you, IN SUMMER, enjoying a wonderful place, or places, celebrating love and making new adventures and memories with those people who you love the most.
That’s what Kelsey and Dan had in mind for the day of their dreams, and they made it! “Best wedding ever!” as they said many times the day after. They chose Seville since Kelsey already knew the city from its college trips. And now it was the time to discover the south of Spain together with Dan.
Hacienda San Rafael was the perfect place for this intimate wedding. Everyone was pretty relaxed during the preparations. You can tell they were surrounded by their best friends! The ceremony was officiated by Gary, the father of the bride. Emotions arrived during the readings and especially during the exchange of vows. The wedding party was super super fun, both bridesmaids and groomsmen were the best, and those portraits during sunset… ah!
I personally enjoyed photographing this day, and most of all learning some curious details such that the bride wedding gown of belonged to her grandmother who married in 1953. She is the fourth generation of ladies in her family to wear it on her wedding day, and the names of all of them are embroidered in blue inside the dress. Is it not amazing? Love such unique stories.
Congratulations Dan and Kelsey!
